長期關注核電議題的前總統府國策顧問郝明義昨天晚上在臉書公布「致林全院長信」一文，籲請林全支持由民間發起的「台灣電力供需情況公民調查研究」，請台電公開電力數據，讓民間可透過公民參與、公民監督機制調查、研究台電數據，共同釐清台灣到底是否缺電。
林全上午在立法院受訪表示，昨天很晚看到這個信，希望外界一起參與監督台電供需問題，非常感謝郝明義熱心與願意一起加入，會盡快找時間與郝明義見面談一談，同時，還有一些別的團體也在接洽中，細節問題屆時會有進一步討論。
林全說，已經向台電公司要很多資料，希望整理一份大家可以讀的東西作為基礎，讓大家一起檢視台電目前狀況，很快會逐步進行，昨晚已經交代同仁，看郝明義何時有時間，盡快碰個面，同時也需要與其他同仁討論一下。1050621
